The Colombian Coffee Dealer Subscription FAQs

How does the shipping process work?

When you sign up for The Colombian Coffee Dealer subscription, your first order is picked and shipped. We aim to ship all orders within two to three business days.

For all subsequent orders, you’ll receive an email three days before your card’s charged. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and another once your goodies have been dispatched. If for whatever reason there’s an issue with your card on file, we’ll let you know, and you’ll need to update your payment details (find instructions to do this below).

The Colombian Coffee Dealer subscription can be delivered to your door, no matter where you live in Australia. Whether you’re smack bang in the city or out in the country, our coffee beans or coffee grounds – or all of the above – will make it to your postal address via Australia Post. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $90.

To access your subscription account, log in to you’re the Colombian Coffee Dealer account here, then click on “subscriptions”.

If you haven’t set up an account, either email us at hello@thecolombiancoffeedealer.com.au, or click “register” on the account login page. Be sure to use the same email you used at checkout so your subscription details sync.

This depends on how often you make coffee at home or the office if you’re brewing for just yourself or others too and your brewing method of choice. For frequent coffee drinkers, we’d recommend 1kg worth of either coffee beans or ground coffee per month. For more casual home brewers, the same amount every second month should be sweet.

The Colombian Coffee Dealer subscription gives you total control over everything including delivery schedule, frequency, and products. So, if you find 1kg lasts longer than expected (or you’re running out ahead of schedule), you can update your subscription accordingly to ensure you have the exact amount of freshly roasted coffee you need, exactly when you need it. You’re not locked-in to any contracts.

This depends on how often you make Organic Spicy Chai at home or the office if you’re making for just yourself or others too and your strength method of choice. For frequent Organic Spicy Chai drinkers, we’d recommend 1kg worth of Organic Spicy Chai per month. For more casual home drinkers, the same amount every second month should be sweet.

Certainly, you can change your coffee subscription at any time, whether that’s adding additional products or changing the frequency.

If you’d prefer to take care of things yourself, you can do so via your The Colombian Coffee Dealer Account by logging in here and clicking on “subscriptions”.

To skip an order, simply click on “delivery schedules” then “skip” next to the order you’d like to skip.  

To change the next charge date, click on “manage subscription”, then “next charge date”. (Note this isn’t the delivery date, but the date on which your order will be charged and processed.) Here, you can also update the frequency of your deliveries (“delivery schedule”), or fast track your next order (“order now”).

Simply log in to your The Colombian Coffee Dealer account here, click on “subscriptions”, then “shipping address”. Here you can either edit your existing address or add a new one.  

Heads up: you’ll need to update your delivery address here to ensure your coffee subscription makes it to the right place please update your address in your The Colombian Coffee Dealer account. Alternatively, send us an email to hello@thecolombiancoffeedealer.com.au and we’ll take care of things.

To update your payment method simply log in to your The Colombian Coffee Dealer account here, click on “subscriptions”, then “payment methods”. Here, you can edit the card on file or add a new one. If your card expires or declines when we try to process an order, we’ll get in touch via email.

You can cancel your coffee subscription service at any time. No strings attached and no hard feelings – we understand subscriptions may not be for everyone. If you change your mind down the track or your circumstances change, you can reactivate your coffee subscription and gain access to all your previous order history.
